The Visa and Immigration Consultant is in charge of assisting applicants who are migrating overseas. Their primary responsibility is to help the client avoid any legal complications that may arise as a result of their relocation by assisting them in obtaining visas and other immigration documentation.
- Should have expertise knowledge on Visa process for various countries especially Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, UK and all European Countries in regards to documentation, processing and online submission.
- Must have complete knowledge of Visit Visa filing for abroad countries.
- Responsible for client handling and providing them the required services related to immigration program the clients opted for.
- Collating the documents and sending the set of documents to the concerned Embassy/Consulate and/or uploading those to submitting the same.
- Interacting with clients for document collection and submission to the relevant assessing bodies and high commission.
- Should be able to work under crisis circumstances, consistently maintain high quality service standards with attention to detail.
- Should also advise the business units and other relevant departments in case of any changes in existing processes for obtaining relevant visas.
- Should be process oriented with customer service as a key focus, constant follow up mechanism, and good in reporting, do a lot of research and provide information to the team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
