Ims Coordinator

l Responsible for Implementation of ISO 9001-2015, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standard throughout the organization.
l Responsible to ensure all the depts QMSP's finalization.
l Responsible to coordinate with DMR's (HOD)/SPOC & MRs in implementation of IMS standard in the organization.
l Responsible to analyse all depts Quarterly Objectives/goals and submit a report to Management.
l Train & Guide Internal Auditors during internal audits and complete the audit documentation with the help of Internal auditors.
l Responsible to communicate Audit schedules, conduct Internal Audits/Surprise audits & Follow up audits in defined frequencies as mentioned in IMS manual.
l Responsible to Maintain all CMR records (Internal Audit reports, MRM's Goal Analysis reports, Document Control records etc..)
l Responsible to collect document change request and approve (along with CMR approval) the same and issue approved copy to the respective dept for implementation.
l Responsible to coordinate & organize External Audits for the Re certification & Surveillance audits with external certification agencies.
**Skills required**:
l Any Graduates
l Good Communication skill
l Knowledge on basic MS office
l Awareness on ISO Standards Preferable Internal Auditor
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
