Develop designs for converting requirements into business processes using COBOL programming language and various databases including IMS, DB2.
Participate in the business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases.
Perform detail design work for workflows, business rules, user interfaces and reports.
Coordinate unit testing and integration testing with the development team and bug fixing with the testing team with input from product management.
Interface with end-users for the purpose of design and implementation and troubleshooting problems.
Experience in Agile methodology is mandatory.
Experience in project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA is a must.
