We are looking for a passionate and dynamic overseas education counsellor who will prominently work as part of the UK/Ireland admission team to support the potential students and our partner institutions in Ireland and the UK.

The Education counsellor will also be supporting the service to ensure that students’ admission processes are effectively managed.

The Education counsellor will provide timely and appropriate interaction with students and institutions abroad, liaising with other departments and external centres to ensure students receive a prompt and timely response.

The Education counsellor must have excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, as they will often be the first point of contact for Students, institutions, and managers.

They will focus on teamwork, and reliability, show great attention to detail and be able to manage their workload and priorities.

They will be a clear and tactful communicator with the ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide range of people. They will have a mature attitude, good problem-solving skills, and a flexible, can-do approach.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for assisting students in shaping their careers overseas.

2. Guiding the student on study options available in overseas universities & career options in the country as per their profile.

3. Responsible for the prompt reply to students' & their parent's queries.

4. Being well informed and updated about countries, overseas universities' admission process and admission requirements.

6. Assisting the students with the Visa Process.

8. Working on specific targets and at the same time, earning attractive income in the form of salary and incentives.

9. Ensuring the compliance of the process and systems in the office.

10. Taking the initiative and efforts to build a professional, friendly, and competitive work environment, ensure that deadlines are met, and the students have a positive experience during the entire admission process.

11. Active participation and contribution during education fairs, university visits and in-house seminars & webinars organised by the company.

Having expertise and exposure in overseas education counselling.

Location: Chennai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
