Industrial Training/internship

We are excited to offer an opportunity for freshers to join our team as Hotel Management Interns. This internship program is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience and training in the hospitality industry, allowing you to kickstart your career in hotel management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn and assist in front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the housekeeping department by coordinating room cleaning schedules, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and assisting with guest requests.
- Gain exposure to food and beverage operations by assisting with taking orders, serving guests, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to learn about promoting hotel services, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with event coordination.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the proper maintenance of hotel facilities.
- Learn and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective hotel operations.
- Provide support to various departments within the hotel, including finance, human resources, and guest services.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from a degree program in hospitality management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or customer service is not required but is a plus.
