**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **bank reconciliations** on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure accurate financial reporting
- **Prepare and file TDS returns** as per government deadlines and guidelines
- **File GST returns** (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date **bank sheets and ledgers**
- Assist in **accounting entries and voucher preparation** in Tally or other accounting software
- Coordinate with clients for required documentation and follow-ups
- Support audit and internal financial review processes
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping as per compliance norms

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1+ year of experience** in a similar role (preferably in a CA firm)
- Proficiency in **bank reconciliation, GST & TDS return filing**
- Working knowledge of **Tally, MS Excel**, and accounting principles
- Familiar with basic compliance timelines and procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
