**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide Information**: Offer detailed information about the clinic's services, treatments, and scheduling options, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- **Schedule Appointments**: Efficiently manage appointments for clients, ensuring accurate booking and reminders.
- **Maintain Client Records**: Keep detailed records of client interactions, appointments, and feedback in a systematic and organized manner.
- **Resolve Issues**: Handle customer concerns or complaints, providing timely solutions while maintaining a positive relationship.
- **Collaborate with Team**: Work with other team members to ensure smooth coordination and an excellent customer experience.

**Requirements**:
**Graduation** in any field

**Fluent in English** and strong communication skills

Ability to interact well with customers

Good **computer knowledge**

**Minimum 1 year of experience** in a similar role

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
