Your mission will be to delve into topics vital to our content strategy, unearth factual gems, and serve as the bedrock of our information-driven content creation process.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Research and Development**:

- Dive deep into topics assigned by the content team, sourcing information from credible and authoritative outlets.
- Compile, synthesize, and organize findings to provide a solid foundation for content creation.
- Keep a keen eye on trends and emerging stories, suggesting fresh angles for upcoming content pieces.
- **Information Verification**:

- Employ fact-checking methods to ensure accuracy and reliability of the information provided.
- Stay updated on best practices for research and validation to maintain content integrity.
- **Collaboration with Creative Teams**:

- Work hand-in-hand with scriptwriters and producers, delivering well-researched briefs that inform and inspire creative content.
- Participate in creative meetings, offering insights that could potentially elevate the storytelling process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in research, preferably within a media, journalism, or content creation environment.
- A portfolio of research work that showcases your ability to transform complex topics into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using the internet and databases for extensive research.
- Capable of discerning the credibility of sources and the accuracy of information.
- Skilled in organizing and presenting findings in a clear and structured manner.
- **Communication**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating research findings to team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively and constructively in team settings.

**Please Note**:

- This role is designed for the curious, the diligent, and those who revel in the pursuit of knowledge.
- The position is remote, but being able to work within the UK Time Zone (9am to 6pm) is crucial for timely collaboration.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- A monthly basic salary of 37500 INR (equivalent to $450 USD).
- Potential for stock options after a qualifying period, valued at up to $100 USD.
- Performance-related bonuses ranging from $50 to $200 USD following the probationary period.
