**Job Opening: Telecalling Executive - Entry Level**

**Location**: Saket, New Delhi

**About the Role**:
At Holiday Merchants, our **Telecalling Process** is not just about making calls—**it's an integral part of our sales ecosystem**.

The role is designed to **generate quality travel queries** using our **in-house CRM system** and build initial engagement with prospective clients.

This is an **entry-level opportunity**, ideal for individuals passionate about communication and sales.

**Key Responsibilities (KRA)**:

- **Telecalling & Lead Generation**:

- Make outbound calls to warm leads from the CRM system.
- Introduce Holiday Merchants' travel services and offerings.
- Identify client needs and qualify queries for the sales team.
- Share relevant brochures, itineraries, and company profiles.
- **CRM Data Handling**:

- Update and maintain client interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure call logs, remarks, and next action steps are accurately recorded.
- **Coordination with Sales Team**:

- Pass qualified leads to the respective sales managers.
- Schedule callbacks and appointments when needed.
- **Performance & Reporting**:

- Share daily reports with supervisor.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in tele calling or customer service
- Good verbal and written communication in English & Hindi
- Enthusiastic, target-driven, and a team player
- Travel Background if any
