Join our team at Windowmaker Software Limited, a global leader in innovative software solutions for the window and door industry since 1983. We're on the lookout for a talented Junior Marketing Executive with at least two years of experience to join our marketing team.

**Reporting to**:Global Marketing Manager

**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Junior Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
**Marketing**
- Crafting engaging multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and interactive media, to captivate our audience and effectively convey our brand message.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Assisting in managing our social media accounts, crafting and scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community.
- Marketing communications calendar management.
- Staying up to date with the latest industry trends, multimedia tools, and SEO algorithms to ensure our marketing strategies remain at the cutting edge.
- Coordinate and assist in the organization of promotional events and activities.
- Assist in marketing campaign creation within our CRM and various platforms.

**Administration**:

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and task organisation.
- Assist with data entry, document management, and maintaining marketing databases.
- Help in the coordination of internal and external communications.
- Contribute to the smooth flow of office operations and ensure a well-organised work environment.

**Qualifications - To excel in this role, you should possess**:

- A minimum of two years' proven experience in marketing role.
- Proficiency in multimedia editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- A solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques, with practical experience in optimising content and websites for search engines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for optimising marketing strategies.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness and desire to learn new things.
