Jr. Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Junior Marketing Executive** to join our team in the **Transformer** or **CRGO (Cold Rolled Grain Oriented Steel)** industry. This entry-level position will provide an excellent opportunity to develop marketing skills while supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, market research, and sales activities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Data Collection**:

- Assist in conducting market research to gather industry trends, customer needs, and competitor data.
- Analyze market reports and track industry developments in the transformer and CRGO steel sectors.
- Help prepare detailed reports and presentations based on market research findings.
- **Marketing Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for transformers and CRGO steel products.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, and product) to ensure that marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
- **Social Media & Digital Marketing**:

- Assist in managing and updating the company’s social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Monitor and report on social media engagement and online activity to help optimize digital strategies.
- **Sales & Marketing Coordination**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team, including managing meeting schedules and organizing events.
- Assist in preparing product presentations and sales kits for client meetings.
- Help in tracking leads and follow-up communications to ensure customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- **Brand & Content Development**:

- Support the creation of brand materials that highlight key product features and market benefits.
- Assist in drafting articles, case studies, or blog content for the company website and other marketing platforms.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand voice and strategic objectives.
- **Event Planning & Execution**:

- Help coordinate and manage marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Assist in event logistics, booth setup, and promotional material distribution.
- Engage with potential clients and industry professionals at marketing events to promote the company’s offerings.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to marketing campaign performance.
- Provide insights and feedback on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field (internships or academic projects in marketing or sales are a plus).
- **Skills**:

- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
