**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate plastic manufacturing machinery (e.g., injection molding, extrusion, blow molding machines - _specify types relevant to your company_) according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and performing basic tool changes.
- Monitor machine operations, detect malfunctions, and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine quality checks on manufactured products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles or similar workplace organization methods.
- Complete production logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and quality objectives.
- Participate in training programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**: 10th /12th (Pass or fail ) Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, or a recent undergraduate (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus, but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Freshers, comprehensive training will be provided.
- **Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn technical processes.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently with mínimal supervision after training.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials (within safe limits), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Energetic and proactive approach to tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
