Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop training modules for the various projects - Create a comprehensive training kit consisting of Pre reads, Facilitator’s manual, training resources and training checklists - Conduct on ground training needs analysis - Continuously evaluate and enhance training curricula to ensure relevance and effectiveness - Deliver engaging and effective training ensuring high level of understanding and acquisition of skills - Implement mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of the training programs - Collaborate with different stakeholders to implement individualized development plans for beneficiaries - Efficiently manage training resources including training materials, technology, and training venue - Maintain an effective feedback mechanism to collect insights to ensure continuous improvements in the training programs - Ensure that training programs comply with relevant regulations and quality standard, maintaining high level of excellence in training delivery - Provide coaching and mentoring to beneficiaries, fostering a culture of continuous learning Skills/Abilities: - Training design, delivery and facilitation skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills to analyze training needs - Effective organizational skills to coordinate training sessions - Strong adaptability skills to adapt training strategies based on feedback - Excellent technological skills and the ability to integrate technology into training programs - Excellent collaborative skills - Strong problem solving skills to address challenges during training sessions. - effective training sessions - Excellent creativity and originality Pay: From ₹576,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - total work: 6 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
