**Role & responsibilities**:

**Key Responsibilities Areas**:
1. Design and develop engaging training content, including videos, handouts, pamphlets, presentations, and other multimedia materials.

2. Create detailed story boards and proto types for e-learning modules and training materials.

4. Develop clear, concise, and engaging instructional materials that cater to diverse learner audiences.

5. Implement instructional strategies that support various learning styles and ensure content accessibility.

6. Develop assessments and learning activities that align with training objectives.

7. Continuously review and update materials to enhance learning effectiveness and keep them aligned with industry standards.

8. Ensure all materials follow branding guidelines and maintain quality standards.

9. Work closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

10. Stay updated with new instructional design trends and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

**Skills**

1) Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Articulate)

2) Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult

learning principles, and pedagogies.

3) Experience in academic background is a must.

4) Experience in storyboarding and curriculum design.

5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

7) Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

8) Knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.

9) Experience with video production and editing.

10) Familiarity with graphic design tools for creating handouts and pamphlets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
