Vehicle Concept Feasibility and Integration

"Job Domain: Vehicle concept feasibility and integration - Grade : L2 - Experience : 6 -8 Yrs - No of positions : 2 - Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum B.E. (Mechanical)/ Equivalent. - Experience: 6 to 8 Years - Skill and Competency requirements; - Catia V5 Expertise, Ergonomics and Occupant Package - RAMSYS Experience Preferred - MS PPT,EXCEL Expertise - VIZ MOCK UP DMU - PLM ,TCUA - Engineering BOM, Change Matrix, DMU Comparison Expertise , - Undestands Vehicle Regulations and criteria Other Specific requirements: - Experience in Vehicle architecture devolopment, integration, concept devolopment for UP and UN aggregates. Covering Chassis, Trims (Ext., Int), Cockpit. - Worked on various performance attributes like Vision, Ergonomics, HMI, PQ etc. And also on regulatory, safety aspects relevant for vehicle. - Gone through engineering cycle of of minimum 2 full vehicle programs, being part of vehicle integration/ B&T/ Chassis. - Understanding of Digital validation, Aero, CAE, knowledge of input, output requirements for DV loops. - Basic knowledge of latest features, technologies and trends. Materials, processing/ manufacturing techniques desirable. - Understands milestones/ stages in vehicle/product devolopment cycle, time plan, interrelation of various activities. - Very Good understanding of SAE nomenclatures, OPL, VPL, Vehicle Platform & Architecture. - Knowledge/ work on newgeneration electrical architecture, ADAS, EV vehicle packaging, integration preferred. - Understanding of Engineering, Process BOM, Module structure. - Tools : Expertise in Catia V5, Vis-mock-up. Worked in Team Center environment.
