**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, answer queries, and route them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain office records and organize documents.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the team.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address client inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Provide information about services offered by HK Overseas.
- Assist walk-in clients with forms or documents as required.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day office operations.
- Assist in basic data entry or reports as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
