**Job Title**: Quality Control (QC) Executive

**Minimum Qualification**: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure product quality and efficiency meet company standards.
- Conduct QC checks for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods per specifications.
- Oversee product batch QC release, COA approvals, SOPs, method validation, and stability studies.
- Provide training and resources for lab staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Support validation programs for facility, processes, and water analysis.
- Monitor in-process quality checks (e.g., weight variation, hardness, friability, challenge tests).
- Review and approve validation protocols and reports.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong knowledge of QC procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and improve manufacturing quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
