Job Summary:
The QC Chemist is responsible for performing routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, finished goods, and stability samples. The QC Chemist ensures that all testing is performed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards, company protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities:
1.Chemical and Physical Testing:
Perform routine testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, titrations, and other analytical methods.

Ensure all analytical results meet specified quality and safety standards.

Sample Preparation:
Prepare test samples in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Follow correct procedures for dilutions, mixing, and handling of hazardous materials.

Instrument Calibration and Maintenance:
Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and reliable performance.

Maintain equipment logs and ensure timely servicing of instruments.

Data Recording and Documentation:
Accurately document all analytical results and observations in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.

Generate test reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and maintain lab records as per GMP standards.

Method Development and Validation:
Assist in developing and validating new analytical methods.

Ensure that new methods meet regulatory requirements and company standards.

Compliance and Safety:
Comply with all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), GMP, and industry regulations (FDA, USP, ICH, etc.).

Support audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.

Quality Assurance Support:
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all testing aligns with product specifications.

Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations, and provide support in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a QC laboratory (pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry preferred).

Technical Skills:
Proficient in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and titrations.

Strong understanding of cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory requirements.

Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,201.86 per month
