**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging posts for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create visual content, including images, graphics, and short videos, using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.

**Social Media Strategy**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.

**Community Engagement**:

- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite to measure performance and optimize strategies.

**Collaboration**:

- Work with the marketing and design teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and partnerships.

**Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
- Implement best practices and new approaches to improve performance.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Buffer.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
