The Insurance Executive is responsible for handling insurance policies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth processing of claims and policies. The role involves assessing clients' needs, providing advice on suitable insurance products, maintaining records, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The Insurance Executive will also assist in policy renewals, address customer inquiries, and work in coordination with other departments to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Policy Management**:

- Assist in the creation, management, and maintenance of insurance policies for clients.
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and offer tailored solutions based on available products.
- Ensure that all policies are up to date and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Customer Service & Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries regarding policies, claims, and coverage options.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
- **Sales Support & Business Development**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Assist in marketing efforts and outreach to attract new clients.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, ensuring understanding of policy terms and conditions.
- **Claims Assistance**:

- Assist clients in the process of filing insurance claims and liaise with claims adjusters.
- Ensure that all documentation related to claims is accurate and complete.
- Track the status of claims and keep clients informed about progress.
- **Administrative & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and claims statuses.
- Prepare reports and perform administrative tasks as required by the department or management.
- Ensure all insurance documentation is filed appropriately and kept confidential.
- **Compliance & Industry Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products in the insurance market.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, insurance regulations, and legal standards.
- Attend training sessions and professional development programs as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- Proven experience in insurance sales, customer service, or related roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, terms, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
