**Experience**: Minimum 10 years + in the seismic industry, with prior leadership experience preferred

**Key Responsibilities / KRAs**:

- Lead and coordinate all field operations related to seismic data acquisition
- Supervise and manage field crews, including observers, surveyors, and support staff
- Ensure efficient deployment, operation, and maintenance of seismic equipment (e.g., Sercel, Innova)
- Oversee daily data acquisition activities, ensuring data quality and adherence to project timelines
- Liaise with client representatives and project managers to align field activities with project objectives
- Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols across all field operations
- Monitor and analyze data quality through QC reports; initiate corrective actions as required
- Plan and allocate daily tasks, manage manpower, and ensure availability of operational resources
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, equipment logs, and incident reports
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the field and escalate critical problems to senior technical teams
- Facilitate on-site training and mentorship of field personnel to ensure competency and performance
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of field units
- Maintain communication with the base office regarding project status, needs, and concerns
