**Job Summary**:
The CC executive will be the face of BVC Logistics for customers and partners.
- Follow up with clients for payments.
- Handling all inbound calls from the customers and resolving their queries, complaints and request.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Customer Resolutions for their various services and technical problems.
