We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on complex real estate transactions.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Reviewing and drafting real estate contracts and agreements
- Understanding clients’ requirements and advising them accordingly on property-related matters
- Communicating the laws and regulations required for real estate transactions to the clients
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and central property laws
- Conducting title searches to verify property ownership
- Facilitating closings and ensuring proper documentation
- Preparing lease agreements for both residential and commercial properties
- Collaborating with real estate brokers, agents, and developers
- Researching ready reckoner rates
- Updating regularly with the new real estate laws
- Hold regular training sessions with management and team members to apprise them of legal procedures

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in real estate law
- Excellent analytical and research abilities
- Familiarity with real estate concepts such as litigation, sales transactions, property laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with contract law
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Degree from an accredited law school
- Strong understanding of property and real estate law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research and legal drafting
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong ethical and professional standards
- Prior experience in a legal setting, preferably in real estate
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information
- Ability to offer excellent customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,995.97 - ₹56,044.00 per month
