**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Google My Business (GMB) Specialist** to manage and optimize GMB listings for multiple clients or business locations. You will be responsible for improving local search visibility, maintaining accurate business information, and driving customer engagement through optimized profiles.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, claim, and verify GMB listings for new locations or clients
- Optimize GMB profiles with accurate and engaging content (photos, services, hours, etc.)
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews in a professional manner
- Use tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor traffic and performance
- Stay updated with the latest local SEO and GMB trends, policies, and best practices
- Handle duplicate listings, suspensions, and reinstatement requests
- Work closely with the SEO and Content teams to align GMB strategy with overall marketing goals
- Track and report KPIs, including profile views, actions, and engagement metrics

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing and optimizing GMB listings
- Strong understanding of **local SEO principles**:

- Familiarity with tools such as Google Business Profile Manager, Google Analytics, and keyword tracking tools
- Excellent communication skills for review responses and stakeholder updates
- Basic knowledge of photo optimization and keyword placement
- Ability to manage multiple listings and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Local SEO or GMB management

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
