- Conduct presentations and workshops in community centers, schools, and local organizations to raise awareness of training programs.
- **Recruitment**:

- Identify and recruit potential students for various skill development programs.
- **Partnership Development**:

- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, NGOs, and government agencies to enhance program visibility and support.
- Collaborate with partners to create opportunities for internships, job placements, and further training for graduates.
- **Program Promotion**:

- Promote the institute’s training programs through various channels, including social media, local events, and community meetings.
- Collect feedback from participants and partners to improve program offerings and outreach strategies.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, recruitment efforts, and community engagement metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on mobilization efforts and outcomes for management review.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
