Position**:Store Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering an excellent customer service experience on a consistent basis.
- Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process.
- Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans.
- Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently.
- Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Managing e-commerce order fulfilment. Including but not limited to overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Around 2-5 years in Retail Sales Excellent customer handling and communication.
- Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement.

**Job Location: Mumbai.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
