Role Overview
As our Sales Supervisor in India , you will support the sales strategy, manage day-to-day sales activities, and coordinate with distributors and retailers. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of plans and contribute to the expansion of Grupo Grisi as a trusted brand in India.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
Supervise and guide a small team of sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Collect market feedback, analyze trends, and share insights with senior managers.
Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–4 years of sales experience, ideally in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or personal care industries.
Understanding of the Indian retail and distribution landscape.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and support team goals.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
