Store & Logistic Executive

**Job Description for Store / Logistics Assistant**:

- Handling, checking, receiving, picking, packing and storing of all incoming / outgoing stocks.
- Ensure that goods received are in order and as per specifications issued to the supplier or match invoices with Purchase orders.
- Receiving deliveries and verifying the correct quantity of items have been received.
- Signing delivery and dispatch receipts (Share on the spot image to Official Whatsapp group).
- Arrange for transportation, forklift and manpower to carry goods / materials to Vendors.
- Send a monthly stock statement of all materials to the respective division managers.
- Conduct physical stock (inventory) verification for every month of last week.
- Ensure the safety and security of goods / materials in store & add all the items in Tally (GRN) software.
- Assist auditors with inspection of stores during the half yearly and year end audit cycle.
- Monitor the movement of incoming and outgoing goods.

Education :Diploma & Graduate

Salary : up to 20,000 Per Month

**સ્ટોર / લોજિસ્ટિક્સ સહાયક માટે જોબ વર્ણન**:

- તમામ ઇનકમિંગ/આઉટગોઇંગ સ્ટોકને હેન્ડલિંગ, ચેકિંગ, રિસિવિંગ, પેકિંગ અને સ્ટોર કરવું.
- સુનિશ્ચિત કરો કે પ્રાપ્ત થયેલ માલ ક્રમમાં છે અને સપ્લાયરને જારી કરાયેલ સ્પષ્ટીકરણો અનુસાર અથવા ખરીદ ઓર્ડર સાથે ઇન્વૉઇસનો મેળ ખાય છે.
- ડિલિવરી પ્રાપ્ત કરવી અને વસ્તુઓની સાચી માત્રા પ્રાપ્ત થઈ છે તેની ચકાસણી કરવી.
- ડિલિવરી અને ડિસ્પેચ રસીદો પર હસ્તાક્ષર કરો (અધિકૃત Whatsapp જૂથ પર સ્થળની છબી શેર કરો).
- વિક્રેતાઓ સુધી માલ/સામગ્રી લઈ જવા માટે પરિવહન, ફોર્કલિફ્ટ અને માનવબળની વ્યવસ્થા કરો.
- સંબંધિત વિભાગના સંચાલકોને તમામ સામગ્રીનું માસિક સ્ટોક સ્ટેટમેન્ટ મોકલો.
- છેલ્લા અઠવાડિયાના દરેક મહિના માટે ભૌતિક સ્ટોક (ઇન્વેન્ટરી) ચકાસણી હાથ ધરો.
- સ્ટોરમાં માલ/સામગ્રીની સલામતી અને સલામતીની ખાતરી કરો અને Tally (GRN) સોફ્ટવેરમાં બધી વસ્તુઓ ઉમેરો.
- અર્ધવાર્ષિક અને વર્ષના અંતના ઓડિટ ચક્ર દરમિયાન સ્ટોર્સના નિરીક્ષણમાં ઓડિટર્સને સહાય કરો.
- ઇનકમિંગ અને આઉટગોઇંગ માલની હિલચાલ પર નજર રાખો.
