**Responsibilities**:
**Business/ Customer**
- Develop a strong command on the business processes, operating procedures as per SOPs and expertise in research and analysis of clinical trials/drug/company profiles/Deals information from public domain in a quick and accurate

manner
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business models & processes, authoring tool and other tools and extensions used by the team, cultivate robust decision making skills on the process
- Strengthen knowledge of data sourcing and retrieval by exposure to various websites and insights on industry trends, developments and various terms in business research
- Complete all mandatory and aspirational courses on
- time, upskill continuously on domain and behavioral aspects through CTS training programs
- Strongly contribute towards achieving team objectives, displaying enthusiasm, while remaining scientifically and intellectually rigorous
- Work with team leads and Process leads on the assigned tasks and KPIs, should be able to multi-task effortlessly on team assignments
- Display excellent communication skills to interact with teams, client and internal management

**Process**
- Research, verify and validate data and information from various sources, including company websites, trial registries, SEC filings, publications, regulatory sites and journals as per SOP
- Write and update Clinical trial / Drug profile /Deals information based on research findings based on in-house style guidelines and writing style and complete the reports
- Should be able to meet the individual productivity and quality as per assigned target as well as coordinate with other team members/managers on special project requirements from client; Ensure all agreed standards of quality and

accuracy are met at all times
- Manage and coordinate training needs-both fresh and refresher type on domain and process to ensure independent work from the team while maintaining good quality
- Provide process improvement ideas and share best practices with(in) teams, identify and report on process efficiencies identified to the lead/Manager and ensure implementation of the same
- Ensure efficient multi-tasking of all team assignments and take up POC role for tasks on a rotational basis and report progress to leads in timely manner
- Assist the leads in maintaining trackers and team reports, planning and execution of work and overall team task handling

**People**
- Ensure/follow up/assist the team members on timely completion of deliverables, providing training as necessary to ensure data quality; Report to the manager on performance status and any escalations
- Actively participate and contribute to team initiatives: regular team meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, etc.
- Coordinate with other TA teams for work completion
- Handle the training needs of the team and keep a check on team quality

- Complete Mandated training programs and Lean Six Sigma

**Requirements**:
**Educational Guidelines**: Graduate/Post Graduate/ Doctorate degree in life sciences/Pharmacy/Medical sciences or equivalent degrees
- Technical Skills - Knowledge of Fundamental Analysis and MS Office Suite
- Sector specific qualification is an added advantage

**Experience Guidelines**
3-4 years of work experience. Experience in Business Research and Analysis/ Secondary data research in life science/healthcare domain is preferred
