**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Surgical Scheduling**:

- Coordinate and schedule surgeries in consultation with surgeons, anesthetists, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure optimal utilization of OT slots while minimizing conflicts or delays.
- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the OT to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe environment in compliance with infection control protocols.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and instruments are available, functional, and sterilized.
- **Staff Coordination**:

- Collaborate with nursing staff and technicians to allocate responsibilities for each surgical procedure.
- Address any staff concerns or shortages and escalate as needed to the Nursing Superintendent.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory of surgical instruments, consumables, and medications.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- **Patient Care Coordination**:

- Liaise with pre-op and post-op departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate with patients and families about OT schedules and protocols as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of surgeries, patient data, and OT performance metrics.
- Generate and submit regular reports to the OT Incharge or management.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety guidelines, and accreditation standards.
- Conduct regular checks and audits of the OT.
- **Training and Development**:

- Conduct or coordinate training sessions for OT staff on new protocols, equipment, or procedures.
- Support the onboarding of new OT staff members.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
