**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished products.
- Monitor and record critical control points (CCPs) in the production process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and test records in line with regulatory and internal standards (ISO, FSSAI, GMP, HACCP).
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action in case of non-conformities.
- Support internal and external audits (FSSAI, ISO, customer audits, etc.).
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams on material specifications and quality feedback.
- Conduct shelf-life studies and stability testing for new and existing products.
- Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards within the laboratory.
- Train and guide junior lab technicians or new hires as required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control/assurance in the food or beverage industry preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP).
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
