Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Client Consultation: Assist clients throughout the property selection, negotiation, and closing processes to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with current listings, pricing trends, and competitor offerings in the Gurgaon market.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
- Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
- Proven experience in handling projects from developers like DLF, EMAAR, M3M, Elan, TARC, Sobha, Whiteland, etc., will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market.
