We're looking to hire a **Payments Administrator, **who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's payment processes. This role involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, maintaining payment records, and coordinating with various departments to streamline payment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Payment Processing**: Execute and monitor daily payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain comprehensive records of all payment transactions, including invoices, receipts, and related documentation.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on payment activity, outstanding invoices, and payment trends for management review.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to payments, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with finance, accounting, and procurement teams to ensure efficient payment processing and compliance with company policies.
- **Assistance in Payroll**: Supporting the payroll process by managing employee compensation data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
- **Office Assistance**: Providing general administrative support to facilitate efficient office operations, including communication, scheduling, and record keeping.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**: Previous experience in payments processing, finance, or a similar role preferred.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of Google Workspace and payment systems in several modes.
- Good communication skills
- Must be presentable and tech savvy.

Work timings: 9 am to 6 pm

Work location: VPO Daburji, G.T. Road, Rampura Industrial Area, Amritsar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
