**Position Title: Accounts Executive**

**Location: Mumbai (Nariman Point)**

**Exp Level: 6 moths**

**Salary - 2.40 LPA**

**Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.**

Key Performance Indicators - KPI

Ensure timely and accurate entry of financial data into the accounting system.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (Book-Keeping)

Recording and maintaining financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales, receipts.

Have experience working in accounts payable & accounts receivable

Have exposure in preparing TDS working

Have exposure in monthly GST Reco (GSTR1 & GSTR3B working)

To process Expense claim vouchers for Employees

Prepare and execute payment disbursements.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Reconcile bank statements with internal records.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

Support audit by providing necessary documentation and information.

Have hands on Experience working in Tally or other ER

Having satisfactory knowledge about Indirect Taxation ( GST) & Direct Taxation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
