- **Incoming Call Handling**: Attend calls and pass on the leads after customer need analysis.
- **Outbound Calling**: Initiate calls to potential customers from provided leads, focusing on promoting our automobile products and services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with prospects, address inquiries, and provide detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and promotions.
- **Lead Generation**: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up on interested customers.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM systems.
- **Follow-Up**:Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers to nurture leads and ensure a high level of customer service.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to management on call outcomes, lead status, and suggestions for improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
