Receptionist Admin Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Handle inquiries from customers and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and mailing.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Facilitate communication between customers and relevant departments.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Support other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Any Graduate
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
