**Position Overview**:
As a Telecaller at APL Apollo Steel Pipes, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls related to leads and customer inquiries. Your role will involve engaging with potential and existing customers to provide information, address queries, and drive sales through effective communication and follow-up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Inbound Calls**:

- Handle incoming calls from customers and prospects on our toll-free number.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document call details and update customer records in the CRM system.

Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Promote company products and services, explaining their benefits and features.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a detailed log of calls and outcomes to track performance and report on results.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone demeanor.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-centric approach.
