**Cutting & Measurement Skills**

**Precision cutting** using **fabric cutting machines or laser cutters**.
Ability to read **customer size specifications** and cut accordingly.
Knowledge of **manual vs. automated cutting techniques**.

**Tube & Mechanism Assembly**

Selection of **aluminum or steel roller tubes**.
Understanding **spring-loaded or motorized mechanisms**.
Installing **chain mechanisms, motorized controls, or remote systems**.

.**Mounting Brackets & Final Assembly**

Fixing **end caps, brackets, and tensioners**.
Assembling and **testing the rolling function**.
Knowledge of **wall-mounted vs. ceiling-mounted brackets**.

**Quality Control & Finishing**

Checking for **fabric alignment & rolling smoothness**.
Ensuring **bracket durability & motor performance** (for motorized blinds).
Conducting **stress tests on materials and mechanisms**.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
