Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

2. Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

5. Problem-Solving: Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, and to identify and implement solutions that meet the customer's needs.

6. Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback, using it to identify areas for improvement and to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction.

7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met and that issues are resolved efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
