- Create, schedule, and publish **daily IG/FB posts & reels** for multiple brands.
- Maintain a consistent **aesthetic, tone, and hashtag strategy**.
- Optimize content for **reach, engagement, and conversion**.

2. **Content Creation & Research**
- Use tools like Canva/ CapCut /ChatGPT to generate **reels, carousels, stories**.
- Research **trending content, competitor pages**, and **viral formats** in your industry.
- Maintain a content calendar **aligned with marketing goals**.

3. **Performance Marketing**
- Run, manage, and report on **Meta (Facebook + IG) lead generation & conversion ads**.
- Optimize creatives, audience segments, and ad budget for **maximum ROI**.
- Work with founders to test **WhatsApp-first funnels and automation tools**.

4. **Growth & Analytics**
- Weekly reporting on **followers, engagement, ad performance, CTRs**, and leads.
- Suggest creative experiments (UGC, testimonials, collabs) for brand growth.

5. **Cross-Brand Management**
- Handle **multiple verticals** under one dashboard.
- Use shared assets & brand guidelines to **maintain identity** across businesses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
