**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain the trading terminals to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to trader requests and resolve any technical issues in a timely manner
- Verify and reconcile trade settlements
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational issues
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Provide training and support to traders as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 1 years of experience in a technical support or terminal operator role
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading operations
- Excellent technical skills and experience with trading terminals and systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
