**Job Description UI/UX Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and define the end-to-end user experience on RunCloud products and features.
- Conduct user research and testing through methods that are relevant to RunCloud products; including but not limited to A/B testing and usability testing.
- Conduct research, gather feedback and analyze to gain user insight and market insight.
- Create user journeys, personas, or other models through user research and data.
- Able to create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows diagram, site maps and other UX deliverables.
- Lead product analytics implementation as part of overall UX improvement.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Work across departments and stakeholders to ensure UX processes and visions are implemented successfully.
- Advocate user experience within the whole organization and maintain user-centric approaches in design practices.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Have a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
- At least 4-5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, Product Designer or similar role
- Have a great ability to design polished, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes of your solutions using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strong visual and design skills is required
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) for graphic and digital design.
- Strong working knowledge with HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript.
- Experience with conducting user research.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles for both UI/UX and graphic design.
- Previous experience building products from the ground up in a fast-paced, agile environment with high degrees of ambiguity and change is a plus.
- Working experience in the Web Development Agency and Cloud Computing industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
