Urgent hiring customer care executive at Pune.

Experience : 1+ years relevant experience required with 50+ beded multispeciality hospital is required.

Qualification : Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage the day to day Patient Care Services.
- Personally handle queries to ensure accurate & courteous communication, providing all required information.
- Provide an effective communication link between patient and medical staff.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Ensure service is proactive & responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail. Confident with a pleasing personality.
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
- Maintain and update customer and referral information.
- Self-motivated individuals to achieve targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate calmly with customers, co-workers
- Keen attention to detail, especially involving checking forms and documents for proper information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
- Proficient in customer service
- Active listening and comprehension skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers etc.
- Experienced in hospital industry is preferred.

Salary : Rs.15,000/- to 25,000/
- Notice Period : Immediate/ max 10-15 Days.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune - 411021, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Executive-Hospital: 1 year (preferred)
- MS Office, Proper Documentation: 1 year (preferred)
- Patient coordination, making appointments & resolving issues: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English fluently (preferred)
