Urgent hiring Customer Care Executive at Pune.

Experience : 1+ years relevant BPO/ Domestic Call Centre experience is required.

Qualification : Any Undergraduate/ Graduate.

Roles & Responsibilities : - Manage the day to day patient Appointment System - Efficiently handle queries to ensure accurate & courteous communication, providing all required information. Provide an effective communication link. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. - Ensure service is proactive & responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail. Confident with a pleasing personality. - Answer incoming calls from patients/ customers - Assist patients with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues - Maintain and update customer and referral information.

Salary : Rs.15,000/- to Rs.18,000/-. (Subject to Experience, Skills & Current CTC)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Executive: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi, Marathi fluently (preferred)
- Punjabi fluently (preferred)
