Bussiness Proposal Writter

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an Business Proposal Writer to join our team.The Business Proposal Writer will be responsible for Identify leads, writing, and submitting project proposals to funding for our organization’s programs and initiatives.This individual will collaborate closely with our program team, leadership, and external partners to ensure that proposals are aligned with organizational goals and meet the requirements of potential foreign clients

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** Identify potential opportunities from agencies, foundations, and other funding sources.

**3.** Work with internal teams to gather necessary information, data, and program details for grant submissions.

**4.**Maintain and track deadlines for Followups business team submissions, Proposal Preparations, and reports.

**5.**Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential clients and funders.agencies,foundations.

**6.**Provide progress reports on submitted grants, including outcome tracking and reporting to funders.Maintain a database of submitted grants, including their outcomes and feedback from funders.

**7.**Ensure compliance with clients' guidelines, regulations, and timelines.Edit and revise proposals to improve their effectiveness and align with funders’ priorities.

**8.**Provide regular updates to leadership on fundraising progress and grant opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
**2.**Identify Potentials, Writing, and Canva editing communication skills.

**3.**Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**5.**Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
