**Job Title: Creative Producer**
**Location: Gurgaon**

We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Production professional to join our growing team and bring campaigns, videos, and creative ideas to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end management of creative projects (videos, shoots, campaigns, branded content).
- Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop mood boards, storyboards, shot lists, and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure high-quality creative output aligned with campaign objectives.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and business teams to execute brand partnerships.
- Stay updated on digital trends, pop culture, and creative formats across social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in creative production, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows and social media content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects under tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with excellent organizational & communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with shoots, editing workflows, and creative briefing.
- Prior experience in a production house, agency, or digital-first media company is a plus.

**Good to have**:

- Knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
- Network of vendors, stylists, DOPs, and freelance creatives.
- Passion for pop culture, lifestyle, and Delhi city life.
