**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our real estate team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients to generate sales leads, schedule property visits, and maintain customer relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote real estate listings and services.
- Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to interested leads.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion and appointments.
- Handle client inquiries courteously and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or real estate experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada, Hindi and English.
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry and property market trends.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telecalling tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
