**Job Title**: Receptionist
**Location**: Skin Clinic, Thane West

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Handle patient registration and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure smooth flow of daily operations at the front desk.
- Maintain and organize patient files, appointments, and billing information.
- Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with doctors and other clinic staff for appointments and patient needs.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.
- Handle minor inquiries related to skin care treatments, products, and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th grade pass (preferably graduate).
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
