**Duties**
- Input and update data into databases and ERP systems with high accuracy
- Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and filing
- Collect and verify data from various sources to ensure completeness
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, including the use of pivot tables
- Maintain organized records of all data entries and updates
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed to support administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data management and confidentiality

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in data entry with strong typing skills
- Experience with databases and ERP systems preferred
- Basic math skills for accurate data handling
- Previous office or clerical experience is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, is essential
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
