Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data within our databases and ERP systems. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions and ensuring that all data is collected, filed, and organized efficiently.

Duties

  • Input and update data into databases and ERP systems with high accuracy
  • Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and filing
  • Collect and verify data from various sources to ensure completeness
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, including the use of pivot tables
  • Maintain organized records of all data entries and updates
  • Assist with clerical tasks as needed to support administrative functions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data management and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Proficient in data entry with strong typing skills
  • Experience with databases and ERP systems preferred
  • Basic math skills for accurate data handling
  • Previous office or clerical experience is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
